Location: The site for all tournament play during the Capitol Hill Classic is Washington Convention Center, Halls A, B, C and E located at 801 Mount Vernon Place N.W., Washington, D.C.

Then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the signup process
Once you are logged in, you will see either a button "Apply to officiate at an event" OR you will see a list of events accepting applications
Select the "Begin Application Process" on the right to apply to the Capitol Hill Event

Hotel Information: Complimentary hotel rooms are offered to out of town officials. Please see out hotel usage parameters below:

· All rooms must have 2 working officials in occupancy.

· If you will be traveling with a non-officiating spouse, we will be glad to steer you towards a hotel selection outside of our officials' blocks but you will be responsible for finalizing arrangements and payment.

· All rooms are reserved ONLY for 3 nights, Fri., Feb. 18 thru Sun. Feb 20 with check out on Monday morning.

· If you wish to stay over on Monday night, you will need to cover that one night's charge.

· All rooms will have 2 double or queen beds.

· Officials will be assigned to a particular hotel based on when their reservation is received. Requests for a specific location cannot be guaranteed.

· You can request your roommate on your reservation form or one will be assigned by the Officials Coordinators.

· Any variance from the above will mean that you are not eligible for the comp room space.

Match Fees & Payment Arrangements:
Match fees are based on level of certification. All National and Jr. National officials will receive $30 (1st or 2nd referee) for regular matches and $10 for one-game tie-breakers. All other certification levels will receive $25 (1st or 2nd referee) for regular matches and $10 for one-game tie-breakers.   During the event, you will have a payment worksheet that must be filled out and authorized at the conclusion of each day’s play and then turned in before you depart. Payment worksheets MUST be turned in to receive payment. Payments will be made on site.

Officials Meeting:
This meeting is MANDATORY for all those wishing to referee at the CHC. That means you must attend. It will be held Friday, Feb 17, 2012 at 9:00 PM. Refereeing assignments and other tournament information will be covered at this meeting.

Schedule:
Friday --  Referees Meeting, 9:00 PM, Washington Congress Convention Center

Saturday --  Play begins at 9:00 am, ends about 9:00 PM

Sunday --  Play begins at 9:00 am, ends about 9:00 PM

Monday -- Play begins at 9:00 am, ends about 4:00 PM
