  • Friday, February 7th, 6pm, EST: All staff and players on the official team roster validated and imported.​

  • Monday, February 10th, 10am, EST: Online Team Check In opens.

  • Thursday, February 13th, 6pm, EST: Online Team Check In closes.

  • Friday, February 14th , 6pm, EST: No changes can be made on rosters


  • Changes can be made on the roster in SportWrench prior to your team virtually checking in.

  • SafeSport Certification

    • Go to

    • Log in to your USAV account

    • In the navigation menu, click on USAV Clinics and select USAV Coaching Clinics

    • Select "Core Center for SafeSport Training"

    • Complete registration

    • To access coursework, click on the "Log into USAV Academy" button

1. Staff Requirements:

  • All staff on the Team Roster must have a valid background check and be SafeSport certified. 

  • All designated coaches on the official roster must have IMPACT certification and at least one IMPACT certified coach from that roster must be on the bench at all times.

  • All staff must have an assigned 'Role' on the official roster.

  • A maximum of 5 staff members may be assigned to a team.

  • A maximum of 3 staff members may be assigned 'Primary' per team.

  • A cell phone number is required for each coach on the roster.

Entry for Coaches & Staff

  • A maximum of 3 staff members can be designated as ‘Primary.’

  • Team must be virtually checked in.

  • Each Primary staff member will receive an email with a QR code to be used for admission into the event after team is checked in.

  • Managers, chaperones, and other coaches not designated as ‘Primary’ need to purchase a ticket and enter in Spectator lines.

2. Player Requirements:


  • A maximum of 15 athletes are allowed on rosters.

  • In order to virtually check in, all athletes listed on the roster must have: 

    • valid USAV number

    • birth date

    • uniform number

    • position listed

  • Per Chesapeake region rules, age waivered players will not be allowed on rosters for the 2019 event.

  • NOTE: Per Chesapeake region rules, boys’ teams and co-ed teams can only play in the club division of the 12U, 13U or 14U age group.


Entry for Players & Team Entry


  • Players in full uniform will be granted entry into the WCC.

  • Players/Teams will be permitted to enter the facility before spectators.

  • Unless listed as a ‘Primary’ on the roster, chaperones, managers, and spectators may not enter during this early access time.

  • Players do have the option of entering the building in the ‘Spectator’ line with their parent/guardian when Spectator lines open.

3. Boys on a Team:

Per Chesapeake region rules, boys teams and co-ed teams can only play in the club division of the 12U, 13U or 14U age group.
