​Q: I lost something at the tournament, do you have a lost and found?

A: All lost and found will be located at each respective tournament desk. If you’ve lost something, check with the desk that is closest to where it went missing. If the tournament is complete, you can call 202-249-4111.

Q. Where can I pick up my bag tag?

A. Bag tags are handed out at the Social Media booth located near Court 52. Only individuals can pick up bag tags – you can not pick up for your entire team.

Q. Which Courts are in each Hall?
A. Courts 1-75 - Halls ABC, Courts 76-114 - Halls D, Courts 115 – 122 (Ballroom)

Q. Where can I find Medical Tents?
A. In Halls A, B, C the tent is by Court 57. In Halls D & E, the tent is by Court 107 (next to the Tournament Desk).

Q: Will there be chairs around all of the courts?

A: Yes! There will be cushioned chairs (with backs) at all courts. Attendees are not allowed to bring personal chairs into the event.

Q: Can I bring water and snacks in the convention center?

A: No, the convention center has a strict no outside food & drink policy. Food and drink will be available for purchase inside.

Q: My child is 2 years old, do I need to buy him/her a spectators pass?

A: Children age 9 and under may enter for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children ages 10 & older will need a spectators pass to enter.​
